Hmmm... Had to stop for a quick flash and dash for my electric car. It took about 30 minutes and a call to technical support at 1 a.m. on a Sunday to get the charger working (3% charge on arrival). The 'unavailable' charger finally worked and I was able to get the required electrons into my 'tank' in a few minutes and zoom off home <phew>!What should have been a 10 minute stop took closer to 45 minutes. AND the store was closed (so no chance of any refreshments).. While I was there 4 or 5 ice cars pulled in and out again, unable to fill their tanks..On the plus side, the lady on tech support was pleasant and helped as best and as quickly as she could, and the charger, when working, was fast!

"open 24 hours" ??? Nah... "open 24 hours, sometimes" is more appropriateThis was a proper 24 hour petrol station with M&S food for years, now, not only M&S may or may not be open depending on which way the wind blows, but sometimes you can't even buy petrol at night.Special mention to the shop attendant with zero customer service skills, that vividly gestured the shop was shut and that I should leave.What an embarrassing chaos, please return to what you used to be, a consistent 24 hour shop/petrol station!

If getting a M\\u0026S own drink i.e. smoothie or fruit juices, be aware that they charge the same price for the 250ml bottles as the large 750ml !!! Save your money!!!

The whole team were amazing while I waited hours for breakdown recovery. They kept me plied with (free) coffee and were very chatty and supportive in what was a stressful time. They made a difficult situation easier to manage through their kindness and warmth which should be rewarded, so thank you so much.

False advertising staff will not serve me and explain to me they dont open untill 6.00 is this correct ? If so you need to ammend your hours of i shall be proceding to for repairation on the false adertizing
