Poor service. How can it take 4 days to order a prescription drug that has been sent through from the doctor’s surgery? Surely when the prescription arrives someone checks the stocks and orders accordingly? Training on how to manage the process is indicated - it’s just mouse click…Add that to the atrocious attitude... read full comment
