It's the worst branch I've ever visited. The lady at the reception counter is unhelpfule and unpolite. I went there with a problem and she just kept telling me the same solution, even if Itold here that didn't work. She did not let me talk to someone who understands how their app works. Went in asking to change over coins to notes, the teller was rude and dismissive. Acted as if it was unreasonable to change money....in a bank. Went to Santander and they did it without hesitation or needing to be banking with them.
