What a special experience I had! Summer curated a truly unique experience for me, showing me gorgeous moisturizers, toners, cleansers, masks and more! I pretty much got an in-depth tour of the entire shop and she made sure to explain the products in great detail to me. Her conversation was lovely, and I finally settled on getting a milk cleanser and chamomile might mask, both of which smelled divine and felt even better. She pampered me and felt me feel so relaxed and at ease! Thank you Summer ?

I visited the store today to get some new products for my skincare routine. I was approached by a lovely staff member who explained in detail about each product and what they recommended for my skin type, they also gave me some samples to try to see if they work for my skin. Really great customer service :-)

I walked in because of the smell, I walked out with the best quality products! I was warmly greeted by Sarah (ask for her by name) she gave me a great presentation of all the product range and now I'm obsessed. Highly recommended

Products actually work , I?m completely converted, not pretentious, just beautiful cruelty free products that work . Not the cheapest however definitely not the most expensive. Worth the money, staff are lovely and friendly, have to admit wish I could afford the perfume it?s to die for ???????????? pls can you get a peta rabbit ? ????

The most beautifully designed store with the friendliest staff. I had a great shopping experience here today. Will definitely be back for my regular products rather than purchasing them online

I like the products, but I was shopping for a gift with a £40 budget. No prices are displayed except for a list on a table. A sales assistant came to help and I told her my budget. Without telling me the price she sold me a hand cream. At check out it was £54, I felt so awkward I just got it but I?m going to go back and return it. This isn?t a way of doing business and I just feel cheated. Please clearly display prices on all products.

This place is a parody of pretentious nonsense. Hopelessly over priced rubbish for wannaby woke types.The scents are frankly awful, it gives you a headache trying to work out what they are selling, nothing is priced and you need a magnifying glass to read the labels (not that they will leave you any the wiser)I can not think if a worse shop or elitist product range - surely this place has to be some type of joke???

Divine fragrances in a stunning chamber of beauty.I've only recently discovered this brand and seeing this beautifully designed boutique highlighted there exquisite products.The staff here were absolutely delightful, you will want to stay and pampered all day.

I love the Aesop experience and how every store is unique. The Brighton store is minimal and clean, with exceptional personal one-to-one service. Quite expensive but the product feels very special and lasts a long time.

Wow what can I say after visiting the Brighton store with my partner I was overwhelmed by how lovely the staff were I was served by a wonderful young girl who was extremely helpful when I asked to smell the fragrances and what can I say they smelt incredible I already have the Marrakesh fragrance which I absolutely love but I loved the rozu one more it smelt fresh and sweet. I purchased a little tube of the geranium body balm which I absolutely love I also use the geranium body cleanser which I also love when the girl put the sale through she gave me some lovely facial cleanser samples she even sprayed the bag with rozu perfume and when I got home the scent was still on the bag needless to say a very lovely scent I will be definitely coming back with my partner fabulous store and wonderful staff too a nice little addition to Brighton?s lanes.

I'm now a complete Aesop convert after shopping here. Lovely personal service in the store, I have since also shopped on their website recently during lockdown and was impressed with the quick delivery of my products.
