A little bit underwhelming choice of goods. When you call yourself a Factory shop you think of lower prices, which is not the case here. They usually try to upswell at the till as well.

A basic store elevated by the lovely staff...the young folk ,that is,most polite,efficient and smiley..makes such a difference to tye shopping experience.
