I have used Screwfix for decades and rarely had anything but 5 star opinions in the branches but my last purchase was what I feel is appalling customer service backup. Popped into bexhill branch for hose for air con unit. Fab service from David, a manager, solved a problem easily with his knowledge of using with different products linked together. Very helpful, knowledgable and professional. Five star service. Thank you
