The worst boots ever staff are complete and utterly retards . It took them 12 days to get my prescription and I still haven't gor it. The pharmacist at this chemist has been so helpful, she listened, noted my upset and was really kind going out of her way to give me options in terms of the medication available. In a time where GP’s are unavailable I’m so grateful to her and the time she gave me.

Always a queue. Lucky if it's not going all the way outside. The staff are doing their best but it's slow, understaffed, disorganised. It's pharmacy is too small for the number of patients and they are Overwhelmed most days. Shelves often bear including the prescription medication.
