Inexperienced and untrained staff. Waitress didn't know how to make a Gin and tonic. No water for shower in the morning and inaccurate billing.

We were staying nearby and walked in after seeing on there website they have a beer garden and do food. We had a lovely afternoon, will definitely be returning for an overnight stay

Very disappointed with the Claverton , my friend booked a meal a few weeks back for 20th July.
