Stay was very good and staff very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was really good but the evening meal was over cooked chicken was dry and vegetables very soft

Beautiful grounds and building. Staff were at times not overly helpful (check out, check in, etc). Kept awake by a function in rooms beneath us.

Rooms were smaller than we've been allocated in the past (a group of 12 ladies). Some rooms needed updating. A lot of the ladies had problems with plumbing, no hot or cold water, showers not working.
