Called in quickly on a quiet Friday late morning. I saw the ‘breakfast roll and coffee’ offer so I picked up a sausage bap.
The staff were not welcoming or attentive. They were chatting to each other despite me stood at the counter. Eventually I was served. Even then in was clearly an inconvenience for the girl.
Visited today and was served by a young girl who was working alone when the place was really busy. She was extremely friendly, and very efficient making the drinks considering she was completely alone. Absolutely appalling - we went at 1pm so peak lunch time, just as the senior member of staff waltzed out of the building for their break leaving a TRAINEE barista completely on their own with a queue out of the door!
