09.30-15.30 Monday- Friday?! Most un-customer friendly opening hours I've ever heard! They'd be better closing early on a Wednesday and working a half day on a Saturday! It would be far more helpful!

not many banks in pocklington but all the rest open and close at a reasonable time unlike this one 9.30 - 3.30 is a joke! what a waste of time!
