Staff (old woman) incredibly rude and unhelpful. Spent 10 minutes talking to a woman in front of me. Then was truly obnoxious to me. Shop has gone right down hill in the last few years, I'll drive further to take my business elsewhere.

The ladies are always lovely helpful and make you feel welcome, even when I’ve seen them take terrible abuse from irate “Karen’s” they still remain so professional.
