The new manager is so condescending and patronising to the volunteers that I'm amazed anyone stays. I'm aware only because I've heard her say she was in teaching however she is no longer in a classroom. It was great. The customer service was good. The place is spacious. There are books on fiction (crime, detective, sci-fi, novels), children books and non-fiction (classics, psychology, sociology, health, faith, Britain, history, poetry, drama, cookery, etc.) books to buy.
