Had the most humiliating experience at the new look store today. I returned the shoes and shop assistant insisted that I’ve worn them outside when that clearly was not true. Shoes had no signs of the outdoors dirt or any scratches on the sole, inside was also pristine. They were a bit dusty from the store’s floors though,... read full comment
