Had to do a return and exchange at the store today because I had mistakenly bought a self preserving moisturiser at another store and it didn't agree with me. I had no receipt but Sam was really helpful and exchanged the item for my usual moisturiser and explained the returns policy to me. It made me feel really reassured... read full comment
