I visited KRCS 4 years ago and was impressed. Today 9th May 2023, I visited again with my IPAD Air which had frozen and wouldn’t let me reset. I spent 2days trying to press both on off and volume switches together to no avail! Today a member of staff Tyrese came to serve me and literally in a couple of seconds fixed...

Staff were friendly, honest and very helpful! I got my airpod max's repaired and they're working like new again, even came back much cleaner than when we sent them! Thank you! :)
