We purchased a chair 2 years ago , a comfortable chair with electric button panel. Unfortunately the panel broke which caused into be inoperable. Very helpful, My mum is disabled and the lovely assistant Yvonne was very patient and involved my mum in all the aspects of the purchase. We were offered a cuppa and biscuits, and we were allowed the time to make a conscientious decision on the purchase. My mum is very happy with her purchase ?
