Checkout process is always so slow here. How do they manage to make it so slow and cumbersome? Painful as queues build and poor staff then get flustered. Presume managers are sneaking off for a crafty fag somewhere

Went in to get a lightweight poncho and a day pack for a holiday in Asia....came out with walking boots, walking shoes and a bucket of useful extras because the prices were so reasonable. Have signed up (£5/yr to unlock the discounts) and on this first trip I have spent >£200, but saved over £200 on retail prices.... read full comment
