I called in to see if the pharmacist was available and they said he was but he doesn’t have time for a consultation because he is busy with other things. The consultation in question is no more than 5 mins.☹️

Rude staff! Drove for my flu jab and they hadn't even had the decency to call to say that the pharmacist that does them wasn't in. A morning taken off work for no reason and staff who basically said it wasn't their issue!
