Waiting times are ridiculous to pay for your goods. If you have a basket you can be in and out at a reasonable time however if utilising a trolly for a big shop you are penalised and must wait longer. What a horrible place. Tables sticky, staff disinterested, barely acknowledged us. It costs nothing to smile and say good morning. Two coffees and a sausage sandwich ordered, assistant couldn't even be bothered to come out from behind the counter to show us how to use the coffee machine.
