After queuing behind four people at the only two checkouts open on a busy Sunday lunchtime, the operator was not very friendly, busy talking to another member of staff just leaning on the barrier chatting away as if no customers around. Delivery service from this store is pathetic. Drivers frequently turn up early (recently over an hour, interrupting my working hours) with no notification. The delivery manager simply confirms that they are supposed to call the customer first, but gives no reason why this almost never happens. So many items missing it's... read full comment
