Tried using the click & collect service via the costa app in order to try avoid the queuing. However that backfired on me as I still had to wait in the queue. Other branches actually have an area where they'll leave your order for to collect, but not here which kind of defeats the whole purpose of click and collect. Also... read full comment

Myself and my daughter visited this morning for a catch up with two friends and I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional the staff were. I appreciate it was busy but there were plenty of staff around and if they are stressed by the prospect of making coffees for customers then perhaps a job in a coffee shop isn’t... read full comment
