We visited today and needed to use the toilet fascilities......the ladies were thoroughly disgusting. The toilet seat had ground in dirt round the rim. The cleaning rota hadnt been filled in for yesterday let alone today......but the dirt around the toilet was more than 2 days worth.......surely these areas should be clean... read full comment
