Came in today to withdraw some money and ask about a transaction which had been made, was consulted by a staff member called Hala I think her name was, she came across quite rude and patronising when she said about having the mobile app and using the machines instead, there was no Q so cannot understand why she was reluctant... read full comment

Visited today 03/01/24 Absolutely astonished at how unhelpful and completely rude the one and only cashier was. I now understand by visiting online the branch is closing?
