Banked there for many years and aways got good service but went in just now to put some money in and update my passbooks but the cashier was polite but went over the top checking the notes and updated one of the pass books then checked my notes again!? When I check notes at work I politely explain to the customer.

This branch of Darlington Building Society is located in a central position on Yarm High Street.
