Terrible experience with a guy working in the post office. He is very rude and racist. We needed post office services and reached there at 17:26 while it was supposed to be closed at 17:30. He didn’t only refused us but also start curing at us and said that he is not gonna entertain us ever. How do I complain about the...

Post Office usually works well as this is also a Convenience store and queue’s are usually only small. This place has been operating for years and is a important part of the community at this part of Thornaby.
