I ordered something on line for my daughter’s birthday. When I collected the item it was in a pouch and asked for it to be put in a box, the assistant wouldn’t do this even though I purchased more items and have spent hundreds of pounds at Pandora! Very disappointed. Her attitude wasn’t very nice either.

I had bought engraved necklaces for my daughters for Christmas. One of the necklaces had a mark on it. I had took it back after some time due to being unwell. I went to the shop to bring it back, then was told it was my fault there was a mark on it as there was an "impurity" on the charm of the necklace. I was also told...
