Ordered 20 mins before the restaurant closed on deliveroo then spent almost two hours waiting for the order to be cancelled as the restaurant was shut but had accepted my order

Service was so slow I had to leave before getting my food as my film was starting. I used the App, couldn't complain or get a refund.
