Long queue, then a 45min wait for my sons prescription, which I was told would be 10 to 15mins! Not enough staff. Plus no Saturday opening times. With this now being the only Boots on Thornaby centre seems a bit ridiculous to me

Absolutely shocking service 45 min wait in a cue and then get told not ready after getting told it’s ready to collect…. I need more staff
