Cannot comment on rooms as we did not stay in the hotel, just used the amazing spa facilities when visiting with my sister for an afternoon treat. We booked an hours body massage, 2 hours use of the spa facilities then had afternoon tea. Wynyard hall is an amazing venue, but service was slow and rooms some didn't have hot water
