Very unhelpful lady told me I had to print and attach a label to a free returns item, went to Sedgefield and they used the qr code that fishburn said they couldn't use to return my item.

Really unhelpful, hours are extremely limited and incorrectly advertised on Royal Mail’s website (likely some kind of scam for funding), will not let you collect a parcel unless you go in the limited hours advertised in marker pen within the shop.
