Lovely helpful member of staff on the shop floor that went above and beyond to help me.only to be let down by the cashier who actually called me a plonker becouse I got the price of an item wrong. Wrongly labelled by b &q misleading. I would never name call anyone when I'm working especially a customer.

Got 2 Valspar premium paints mixed to color match Farrow and Ball "Stirabout". One tub was pink, the other cream/yellow. Entirely different colours despite being the exact same code on the system! Really bad quality color matching, I now have to go to Stockton Decoration Merchants to get it mixed to a professional standard.
