Ordered a parmo the chicken is grey and hard as though it’s gone off

Absolutely shocking. An hour and 20 minutes for delivery. Not good enough. Stop taking order if can’t provide a reaosnable time frame for delivery.

Ordered a parmo on their site. Arrived few mins earlier than estimated time and food was already boxed up waiting. Was already quite cold, especially the chicken and was a bit hard, not cooked enough, chicken was very thin. Threw most of it in the bin
