Rude behaviour of the manager Nathan at night time, as he doesn’t respond to their customers and i have called for some issue but he just ignore me and this type of behaviour can ruin the business as the management needs to be gets known of this things going behind.

Ordered 2 medium fries and 2 phily cheese burgers, went to the collection point and was asked to move to the next window as they were not ready, waited nearly 10 mins thinking ohh good these will be hot, err no, they were stone bloody cold.
