The coffee shop is poor, no toaster. Apparently it's been like this for 6 months. Toast on offer is warm bread.... Disappointed. Tea is ok.

Just diabolical!! Nowhere near enough staff!! Was practically forced to use the self-service tills, even though I normally do not, because the ONLY cashier with an open till was faced with problem after problem from her customer who had bought almost all her shopping from the yellow sticker shelf.
