Local sorting office yet we can't call direct, instead given a '0345' number to call and told you must wait over 60 mins, no matter what time you call. Waste of space, only want 30 seconds of their time ?

Delivery of letters have stopped for almost a week now. Christmas mail not being delivered and the suspicion is the delivery depot is prioritising parcels over letters.

Why can’t they leave parcels at the local post offices like DPD and other delivery firms do as local post office is actually open to collect from .what good is 8-10 to most people
