It is true the staff can be rude and abrupt, especially certain ones and it would be helpful to have an accurate list of opening times for the post office area. But remember the whole world is short staffed so be kind to the ones that turn up.A bit of consideration on both sides of the counter would help.

Worst customer service received anywhere. It's like they are doing you a favour by serving you. Unhelpful & unpleasant PO Counter staff. I try & avoid using it.
