Walked in the other day looking for a back pack, I asked the kind lady how much she said it was £13:95 because it's new, but aren't I in a charity shop? That is the problem with this shop the bhf they totally forget that they are a charity shop, I would love to support this charity for personal reasons but I can't do so...

I've volunteered here for 7 years now, love talking to customers, being part of a place that helps people, great clothes shoes, also sells beautiful Christmas ornaments, staff are very friendly and helpful, clean and tidy shop.
