Staff in Smith's and the post office are helpfull and polite always found what I was looking for I would recommend to everyone

One member of staff on the post office counter is unapproachable, miserable and downright rude, I suggest she goes on a customer service course or retire. I do find the other staff polite and friendly when I've been in previously.
