Tlc needed Windows require replacing or very much looked at still requiring more work doing someone really should do a better snaging list and also look up at ceilings .heating in rooms not enough and bathroom requires heated towel railAs above more needs going but looks like the hotel is trying hard to bring it back up... read full comment

Food & drinks: The breakfast menu is very poor. Only this meal is available. No restaurant, no dining. Some restaurants are nearby areas.Noteworthy details: Be aware to ask on arrival for parking permits. Some areas in the hotel need necessary improvements. I hope that will be solved.

Hotel had to cancel our original booking due to a fire in building opposite, they rebooked for 3 weeks later and put the price off our room as a bar tab to apologise. Cannot fault this hotel, that's now under new owners, only hope the people of hartlepool embrace it and realise what an eyesore it became when empty. We will... read full comment
