I received an e mail saying my parcel had been delivered.I wasn't in,no safe place etc. When I get home no parcel,of course. I assume it's been given to someone else,it's small enough to go through a letter box. I have not received the parcel,can't get through to the Post Office. None of its"help lines" cover my problem.Going... read full comment

The worst set of vile little people I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. So many things wrong with their staff and practices.Skip all the main issues, though, and concentrate on the ones that their staff could easily fix. Close people's gates!
