The food is decent but shame most of the time either the order takes ages or something is always wrong ?

Ordered food via the McDonald's app. The order arrived late and missing items. When I finally managed to speak with the store they advised that I needed to speak with Uber for a refund. This was ordered via the Mcdonalds app, this is simply passing blame on to the delivery driver. What ever happened to delivering the missing... read full comment

It was absolutely nightmare. I went on drive through and paid my meal then told me to go on next window and I did then someone told me again go next window and wait for my food then I was waiting on next window quite long and nobody has pass my food then I was doubting why not getting my food even there only had 1person... read full comment
