What a useless branch! Staff have clearly given up, don’t give cash out over the counter and couldn’t answer a mortgage query when I was unable to get through to mortgages on the phone. Went on Wednesday and it was shut! I live in Horden and all my local branches have gone. Seaham, Peterlee, Shotton all gone….
