“Honestly- love breakfast with Santa. Makes my day. This is our 3rd year and never been disappointed. Staff are welcoming and always on hand to make the breakfast that extra special. “In sorting out a problem transferring money internationally the Hartlepool staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist. Individual problems may require some negative comments but we know that it is likely these are posted in anger with more frequency than positive ones giving a lower rating than it deserves. I’ve been with Nationwide for over 30 years and the service has been exemplary with only a few exceptions.”

“TSB Hartlepool staff have always been very courteous & helpful in the years I’ve been banking there. They even went out of their way when I wanted a bunch of brand new £50.00 notes to put into my son & daughter-in-laws wedding card as a gift which I thought was great!I’ve never left without gaining the information or service I went in for & I’ll continue to bank there, in my opinion it’s the best bank I’ve ever been with…really lovely, friendly staff!!”

“Seems to be well stocked. Disappointed they haven't got staff now to help elderly, disabled or just weaker customers with heavier purchases. We had to rely on a helpful security guard to help us put bags in our cart.Excuse is they can't afford to hire more staff. I personally don't believe it. It's all about keeping profits high.”

“9.99 for one adult and two children is fantastic. Great selection considering the cost easily worth £9.99 even if eating alone based on the cost of a McDonald’s or similar product these days. Michelle the server was great also made us feel welcome and made sure our parking was covered before sitting.”
