Popped in yesterday had a problem with faulty item got past on to the manager Fay I think she is called, she was more then rude to me nasty young lady!!! I’ve been using toolstation for several years never been spoken to like that not happy at all!!!!!!

As a woman I had no clue what I was ordering but lovely Andrew looked it up in the magazine and said he could order it and it would be delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days.what a lovely ,chatty polite young man who goes the extra mile for his customers ! Thankyou so much Andrew.
