Disgusting service. 3-5 times I have been served by the awful and miserable thing called kim. They think its a joke in this place to treat people like dirt when u have the audacity to ask for a reciept. You get huffed at and glared at. No customer service skills at all..go to Tescos much nicer !

Manager doesn't follow own one way system. Plus when you leave you walk past the tills and then have to walk past the manager to leave. I pointed out that it's not covid secure to be forcing customers to walk past a member of staff in an area that was hardly 1m let alone 2. I was told not to come back. The gentleman who works there with the glasses was rude and very sarcastic\\n\\nI can’t wear a mask with my health condition.\\n\\nWhen I walked in he said ‘not fancy wearing a mask like’ and when I told him I can’t he just kept shaking his head.\\n\\nHE WASN'T EVEN WEARING ONE HIMSELF! Idiot
