Told by staff that we weren't allowed to take an empty table for 2 including a 12 month child in small pram as there existed a queue (3 people! and one of these was a takeaway), the staff a young man was quite abrupt in his manner, very poor management skills. Went in to use £40 worth of gift cards I have never touched & was told I only had £5 balance on… Girl at the counter was smirking whilst I stood there awkwardly explaining.
