the Darlington branch cash point machines inside are really unpleasant, The top and surrounding walls/signage are filthy covered in dried spit and other fluids (and have been for some time) The buttons and control panel that Customers have to touch looked no better. Nor is any sanitiser provided. I raised the state of them...

Excellent service from walking into the branch. Passed on to a lovely lady called Eve, who was very knowledgeable and polite and who dealt with me extremely efficiently. Fantastic. Thank you very much.
