Poor service, rude behavior. Lost a little parcel at the value £15 charged £7.50 postage but never got delivered. When I went back to inquiry got fobbed off.

The man who runs this business, is a disgraceful representative of the Post Office.Totally ignorant and rude to his customers. I like to support smaller shops, but would not spend a penny with him. I would prefer to cross the road to Morrisons , or visit the nearby Polish shop,

I use the shop regularly and have for nearly 3 years now.and I have always been served what I was going for. Thanks to Jay and his family for great service and providing our small community with his long opening times and needed service?
