Awful company. Paid the £100 excess for a replacement phone and have been sent a faulty one. The ONLY option is to send this back and be without a phone for nearly 2 weeks while they diagnose this one. Your wrongdoing now means I have to be without contact for nearly 2 weekends. Nationwide Flexplus is a joke and scam!

We have tried 8 times to open a 1 Yr bond on line, but website states there is a tech problem, its not your fault pls try again later. We have been into the branch and tried again infront of the staff but again unsuccessful. We have had staff contact us via telephone asking us to try again, surprise it was unsuccessful...

Bloody hopeless. My mother, who is 87 & disabled, wanted to open an account to pay her pension into. Nobody there to deal with it. Suggested applying online, but would still have to go to the branch to show proof of identity. Ridiculous.
