USELESS---trying to find out if prescription is ready, tried ringing for the last 3 days---no answer---either hire more staff, find competent staff or turn the bloody phone back on to ring!!!!

Really slow and always a massive queue. Also not great that the opening hours have been reduced when it was taken over. It’s now hit and miss if I receive a text to tell me my script is ready
